2.1 General Return Guidelines
- We do not offer refunds on products, even if unused. However, if there is an issue with the product, we are happy to provide a replacement. Please contact us within 30 days of purchase for any product defects or discrepancies. All items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for replacement.
- Custom or personalized services (such as sneaker cleaning and restoration) are non-refundable unless there is an error on our part.
2.2 Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at info@soletouched.com to initiate the return process.
- Provide proof of purchase and a description of the item or service in question.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our end.
2.3 Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow up to 14 business days for refunds to be processed after receiving the returned item.
2.4 Exchanges
- If you would like to exchange a product, we’ll assist you in selecting an alternative item.
- Shipping costs for exchanges will be your responsibility.
2.5 Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product for a replacement or refund.
- We may request photos of the damage for verification.
